The Palisades - Will Rogers 5k & 10k Run traverses the beautiful city streets of the Pacific Palisades, with the 10k runners proceeding through the Will Rogers State Park. This run is one of the more popular and well recognized 10ks in California.
35th anniversary of The Palisades /Will Rogers 5 and 10K July 4th Run In Honor of the Community of Pacific Palisades
On this 35th year anniversary of the July 4th Palisades /Will Rogers 5 and 10K Run, we would like to recognize and thank the Community of Pacific Palisades for their ongoing valuable assistance and participation in this event. Without the cooperation of our local shops, park, fire department, organizers, churches, sponsors, athletes, and the families that live on the course, this event would not be what it is today.
We greatly appreciate that the Palisadians’ so generously contribute their time each year to work, watch, run, and cheer. Because of this support the race has become a tradition and integral part of our local 4th of July activities.

Awards for the 5k & 10k give medals to first, second and third place finishers in 30 divisions (14 male and 14 female) in each race. Kids Run is non-competitive and doesn't have age divisions with each participant receiving a ribbon and a flag.
The 5k, 10k, and kids run start and finish at the Palisades Recreation Center, 851 Alma Real Dr., Pacific Palisades. Day of race registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 8:00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you there this 4th of July at the starting line for a prompt 8:15 a.m. start / Kids Run at 9:15 a.m
